Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sravana website, patient portal, and related services (the "Platform") operated by Sravana Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202632286N) ("Sravana," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal and health data.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this service. By registering, you confirm you are legally able to enter a contract.

2. Nature of Service

Sravana provides a licensed remote outpatient medical service. Consultations are delivered by Dr Au Kai Xin Charis (MCR: M60855F), a registered medical practitioner. Dr Charis is the Clinical Governance Officer and the treating doctor for all patients.

The service scope is comprehensive medical teleconsultations with a lifestyle medicine and root cause lens. This includes clinical assessment, laboratory test ordering, personalised protocols, and where clinically indicated, prescribing of prescription-only medicines via a licensed partner pharmacy.

Prescribing.

Dr Charis may prescribe prescription-only medicines (including HRT such as estradiol and progesterone) where clinically indicated, following adequate clinical assessment. Prescriptions are transmitted to a licensed partner pharmacy (currently WellAway, operated by Pan-Malayan Pharmaceuticals Pte Ltd) for dispensing. Controlled drugs, medications requiring in-person training (e.g. insulin injections), and high drug-drug interaction medications are not prescribed via this service. Where these are indicated, you will be referred to an appropriate in-person provider.

Supplements.

Health supplements (vitamins, minerals, probiotics, herbal extracts) may be recommended as part of your personalised plan. Supplements are not medicines. Sravana does not sell, supply, or dispense supplements. You purchase independently.

Emergencies.

This service is not for emergencies. If you need emergency or life-saving medical care, call 995 (Singapore) or your local emergency number immediately.

3. Accounts and Security

You log in using OTP (one-time password) sent to your registered email. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for all activity under your account.

We handle your data per our Privacy Policy, aligned with PDPA (Singapore). You may request access to or correction of your personal data by contacting us. Clinical health records are retained for your lifetime plus 6 years as required by law and cannot be deleted on request.

4. The 12-Week Programme

The programme includes 3 teleconsultations with Dr Charis (initial intake 60 min, root cause and protocol 60 min, handover 30 min), a dedicated non-clinical care coordinator, a 47-point intake assessment, root cause map, personalised protocol, async messaging with your coordinator, and daily tracking via the patient portal.

Programme fee: S$600 (one-time).

This covers all consultations, portal access, and care coordination for 12 weeks. Laboratory tests and prescription medications are not included and are arranged and billed separately by the respective providers (laboratory, pharmacy). Your doctor will inform you of estimated costs before ordering any test or prescribing any medication.

You can edit your Daily Flow anytime (swap practices, change times, pause items). Your plan evolves with clinical input throughout the 12 weeks.

5. Continuity Pathways

After the 12-week programme, you may continue with ongoing consultations.

The Path: S$197/month (or S$1,891/year). Includes one monthly 60-minute consultation, async messaging, personalised protocol updates, and habit and symptom tracking.

6. Consultations and Teleconsultation

All consultations are delivered via real-time video teleconsultation through the patient portal. You will receive booking confirmations and reminders by email.

At the start of each consultation, the doctor will verify your identity, confirm your location and callback number, and confirm you are in a private environment.

Recording.

Consultations may be recorded with your explicit consent for clinical documentation. You will be asked before any recording begins. Recording will not proceed if you decline. You may request deletion of any recording by emailing priyanka@sravana.app.

Messaging.

Messaging through the platform is for care coordination, not emergencies. Your care coordinator manages communication between you and the doctor.

7. Payments

Prices are in SGD. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Consultations:

  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited.

Programme:

  • The programme may be paused or cancelled. Refunds are assessed on a pro-rata basis.
  • Laboratory tests and medications are billed separately and are not refundable through Sravana.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Platform or attempt to access non-public areas.
  • Record or share consultations without permission.
  • Use this service for medical emergencies.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

10. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, symptom logs, intake responses). You grant Sravana a limited licence to use this content to operate the Platform (display in your portal, support your care, send reminders). We may create anonymised, aggregated data for service improvement.

11. Intellectual Property

The Platform, software, protocols, and content are the property of Sravana Pte. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. Personal use only.

12. Data Protection

We use encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit), role-based access controls, and audit logging to protect your data. Video consultations use end-to-end encryption via Agora.io.

Report suspected data breaches to priyanka@sravana.app.

13. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific health outcomes from any consultation or programme. Virtual care has inherent limitations and in-person evaluation may be necessary in certain circumstances.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sravana shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or S$1,000, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute shall be referred to arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The seat of arbitration is Singapore. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language shall be English.
